[BLACK-PLAIN]Pure Ceylon Black tea, Broken Orange Pekoe Fanning (BOPF)

Loose leaf · From Nuwara Eliya and Udu Pussallawa regions

This Broken Orange Pekoe Fanning (BOPF) is the quintessential English breakfast tea and comes from tea gardens in the Nuwara Eliya and Udu Pussallawa regions. It defines “Ceylon tea” and is the most popular of teas consumed in Sri Lankan households. You'll find BOPFs, similar to The Ceylonese, in many teabags due to its quick brewing characteristic. These tea leaves have a neat appearance with the leaves broken into smaller pieces. This aromatic tea brews to a vibrant copper colour with a strong bold taste and the perfect 'pick me up' for your morning cup.
